The doors of St. Mary’s House on the Market Square in Woodbridge were opened to visitors on Saturday, 24th. November on the occasion of the annual coffee morning. Many stalls, including cakes, books, paintings, Christmas gifts and cards, were filled with quality goods. There was also a raffle with superb prizes. The event was organised for the parish by St. Mary’s Mothers’ Union whose members manned some of the stalls and provided coffee and mince pies for all. The festive feeling was provided by the team of St. Mary’s hand bell ringers and a total of £448.80 was raised. A splendid effort! Proceeds will be divided between Cats Protection League, St.Kitts project, Save The Children, The Mothers Union and Church funds. Grateful thanks to all who provided items for sale and prizes, to the stall holders, to the kitchen team and to all who attended and contributed in any way. We look forward to seeing you all again next year!
