St. Mary's needs a regular income to fund our work in the parish, to look after our church buildings, and to support the aims of the wider Church and its missions. Each year we divide a proportion of our income amongst a number of charities and missions, both at home and overseas.
You can support St. Mary's through donation and/or regular giving as follows:
If you are visiting the church in person and would like to donate you can use the safe provided for that purpose in church. If you pay income tax in the UK, you can Gift Aid your giving (see below).
If you would like to send us a cheque or use internet banking please contact us for further information.

Those who wish to give regularly can, of course, use the donation methods outlined above. However we would encourage you to consider one of the following methods:-
If you would like to know more about regular giving please contact us.
The Gift Aid scheme allows the church to reclaim the UK Income Tax which has been paid by donors on the money they give. This substantially increases the value of donations at no extra cost to the donors.
In order to take advantage of this, you have to give your name and address and sign to certify that you have paid tax on the money you have donated.
If you make a casual donation as a visitor, special envelopes are available in church for this purpose.
If you use either of the regular giving methods described above, you need only fill in one declaration form which then applies to all your contributions.
